In a castle lived a princess

And she spent her time in a golden room

Always looking at the sky ,

and through her window

She could play also with the rain , with the rain ,yes with the rain

People said that she used to dance

And always sang a sad refrain

Her eyes were filled with loneliness

Really nobody could understand,

Why has she looked at the sky ?

Suddenly her sorrow became a shadow in the rain in the rain, yes in the rain

Who could find one day the key to her secret

At last that one day yes, her dream was really here, really here, really here

From the sky came her charming prince

They fell in love truly at a glance

Then she put on a smiling face

Hand in hand joined for the worst and the best

They disappeared in the sky

That's what people saw and then the rainbow stopped the rain Stopped the rain, yes stopped the rain

However someday in the rain now you can hear her voice and it says

I 'm happy just to be here, to be here , yes to be here...
